Assessment aims to understand the strengths and needs of individuals, their environment and the support in place. The approach includes consultation, observation, direct and indirect work.

Training

Training sessions (half or full day) can cover bespoke areas relevant to the setting. Specialist workshops have been already been designed around the topics of Cognition & Learning ; Emotional Wellbeing, Neurodiversity and aspects linked to Neuropsychology.

Consultation

Educational psychology consultation is a collaborative, problem‑solving process where an Educational Psychologist (EP) works with teachers, parents, young person and other professionals to understand and improve a child’s learning, behaviour, or emotional wellbeing.

Supervision

Educational Psychologists (EPs) provide supervision as a structured, reflective process that supports other professionals’ development, wellbeing, and ethical practice.

Planning for Inclusion

Through joint discussion with key stateholders,  this approach identifies and addresses school-wide processes that can proactively enhance inclusion for the entire educational community.

Intervention

Specialized training for targeted programs such as SELFi (Supporting Emotional Literacy through Football intervention), Addressing Maths Anxiety, Wellbeing for girls, and Mindfulness-based approaches for supporting regulation.
