With three decades of experience spanning schools, corporate organisations, local government, and the NHS, Nikki brings a wealth of expertise to her role as an Educational Psychologist. Her specialized background in Clinical Paediatric Neuropsychology provides a deep understanding of neuropyschological  profiles and cognitive needs.

 

Beyond her clinical work, Nikki has lectured and supported research on the University of East Anglia and the Tavistock-Portman Educational Psychology Doctoral programmes. Her unique career path involves teaching in state schools (2005-2013)  as well as  working in corporate management consulting (1994-2001), where she focused on people and organizational change. This diverse background allows her to bridge the gap between educational needs and systemic solutions.
