Professional Supervision

Educational Psychologists (EPs) provide supervision as a structured, reflective process that supports other professionals’ development, wellbeing, and ethical practice.

Supervision is a professional dialogue where an EP helps professionals reflect on their work, manage emotional demands, and improve practice. It ensures accountability, promotes learning, and safeguards both practitioners and the children they support.

A reflective space is offered to school professionals groups through solution circles to unpick and reflect on specific issues, parent sharing groups, as well as bespoke individual supervision to help professionals navigate complex challenges within their roles.
